Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® - the absolute best way to ship live animals. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your FedEx tracking number. Someone must be available at the time of delivery to prevent livestock from being exposed to the rain and/or extreme temperatures. We recommend you hold at facility if possible, this is the best method for the animals.

All Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday of each week. Adverse weather may affect this and we hold the right to hold shipments until shipments are guaranteed to arrive within one day. This is to avoid any livestock death or stress during shipment.

If livestock arrives dead fill out our DOA (see below) form within two hours of arrival. Note; make sure you do not remove the fish or coral from the shipping container as you will need the Dead fish/coral in the original bag/cup along with the box serial number to receive a refund.

We only ship to the continental United States. It is highly illegal to send or take fish out of the country!

Packaging

There is a $10.00 non-refundable packaging fee for the box, cups and packaging supplies.

Packaging process:

All corals are fitted into a foam float holder.

The floats are then placed into corals cups.

Each coral cup is packed into a fitted styrofoam cooler.

Heatpacks and gelpacks will be added as needed for transit.

We pride ourselves in packaging, and gaurentee that your livestock will arrive alive and healthy.

The float holder fitted into the coral cups keeps your corals from getting tossed around during shipping and getting damaged in transit.

Fish are double bagged.

Bags are crimped.

Heatpacks and gelpacks will be added as needed.

Everything is shipped overnight in styrofoam coolers for maximum protection.

100% refund is guaranteed on any livestock that is Dead upon arrival.

Take a clear picture of the livestock (in the original bag) along with your number on the box received and send a email over to reefmagicboone@gmail.com for your refund or use our DOA submission button below.

If any livestock is taken out of the bag or the box number is not given you will not receive a refund.

Emails must be sent within 2 hours of the received shipment listed by UPS. If the email is outside of that time window, you will not receive a refund.

Shipping and box charges are non-refundable.
